Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells, one of the types of blood cells found in bone marrow.  Like many of the other cancers those exposed to the toxic water at Camp Lejeune went on to suffer from, multiple myeloma can damage the bones, immune system, kidneys, and blood cell count.
